Rental Application: Instructions
OPTION ONE: (Preferred)After finding the property you are interested in on our website, click the Apply Now button next to the picture and complete the required steps. Your application will be electronically sent to our office for processing. OPTION TWO:Open the PDF and type in the requested information on the fields. (You can also print it blank and hand-write the information in.) After typing in all of the fields, print it. Then either bring it to our office or fax it to 760-434-7861 along with all supporting/ required documents. (The application fee can be paid with a credit card over the phone.
