Tony Calderon
Tony is one of our "Most Valuable Players"! He is our senior maintenance technician and has been serving our clients well since 1992. We couldn't get along without him! He is skilled in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, light electrical, drywall, appliances, tile and most anything else that comes up. Tony also evaluates and helps to groom some of our other maintenance technicians. Just as important as his skilled hands is his pleasant demeanor and big heart. Everyone loves Tony!

Pat McKinlay
Pat is our keeper of the money! She has been in charge of the bookkeeping responsibilities since we can remember (Most of us are forty something and you know what goes first!). She is accurate, efficient and follows up on the details. She is also a joy to work with and we know you will feel the same way! Another MVP!

Jeanette Wilson
Jeanette has recently changed “hats” and become our primary leasing agent. After many years at the front desk and other roles, the need for a leasing agent developed and Jeanette was the natural choice. Previous service as a property supervisor's assistant for an extended period of time gave her valuable insight and experience that really helps her to serve our prospective tenants as well as our property owners! She can also fill in at almost any position. An MVP by anyone's standards!

Lee Arnold
Lee began working for us during his senior year of high school. He has adapted and grown to fill the many roles and responsibilities he has been given. Currently pursuing his Bachelors degree at Cal State University San Marcos, he has also made the time to obtain his real estate license, do a great job as a resident manager at one of our best properties, and is now acting as a trainer for resident managers and newer property supervisors. All this before the age of 23!! An MVP in anybody's lineup!

Joy Hunter
Joy was the resident manager at a very nice apartment community in Carlsbad for 8 years. When that property owner hired us to take over the management in 2003, it wasn't long before we knew we wanted her on our office staff. Mike brags about her ability to raise a great son as a single mom, manage a great property and get her bachelors degree all at the same time. Joy is now a licensed agent serving as a property supervisor for a portfolio of many apartment communities.

Fernando Ubeso
Fernando is one of our MVP maintenance technicians. He handles maintenance at various communities around North County. He is friendly and well respected. He has great knowledge and attention to detail. Fernando enjoys the beach and living in Southern California!

Mavis Ivene
Mavis came to us from the beautiful Hawaiian Islands. After spending many years in Hawaii as a property manager, she felt the desire to come home to Carlsbad where she now treasures her time with children and grandchildren. Mavis manages an extensive portfolio of single family homes and condos for us. She is an avid golfer, a true professional and great team member. Her island attitude is refreshing for everyone she comes in contact with!

Shariann Kimball
Shariann joined our staff in the Fall of 2005. She entered the property management field while in college and served as an assistant manager, then resident manager for a number of larger communities. After receiving her Bachelors Degree, she decided to make property management a career and obtained her real estate license. Shariann manages a portfolio of single family homes and condos and we are proud and fortunate to have her on our team.

Jaime Ramirez
Jaime is another of our much appreciated and valued maintenance technicians. He spent several years as an electronics technician, then gained carpentry skills in a local cabinet shop before working for a general contractor to round out his skills. Jaime is a family man with a beautiful wife and 2 children who reside in Oceanside.

Madeline Alcorta
We were fortunate to have Madeline join our team in the Fall of 2006. After spending a few years working at a local real estate & property management office, Madeline actually sought us out while looking for a company with a good, solid reputation and lots of growth potential. She was looking for a company to call "home" where she could build her career in the area that she lives and loves. She and her husband, Brian, recently purchased a second home in Carlsbad and became landlords themselves! Always keeping our client's best interests in mind,
Madeline is doing a great job managing homes and condos for us!

Karren Cirino
Karren is the pleasant voice and smiling face that our guests hear or see when first calling or stopping by. That 1st impression is so vital and she is a natural! Karren has the unique ability to quickly convey a caring attitude to people so they feel that they are really being served and cared for. She is a much valued and appreciated team member!

John Hubbard
We were fortunate to have John join our team late 2007. John spent several years working for one of our most reliable plumbing vendors and is also a drywall contractor. John serves as our maintenance division manager as well as working in the field himself. He is a long time Carlsbad resident and comes to us with the much needed knowledge & skills to keep properties well maintained. He also has a great work ethic and is always available in an emergency. We are glad to have John on our team and are sure you will be too!

Dawn Stewart
Dawn joined us in 2007. She returned to California after an attempt at the "simpler life" near family in Texas. She is glad to be back as she says "Southern California is home". Dawn has worked as a property manager in North County for several years and comes to CPM with outstanding credentials and references and we were very happy to have her join us.

Richele Daciolas-Semon
Richele started our new year off right by selecting CPM as the best opportunity to re-join the property management ranks after taking some personal time off. She has been managing properties in North County for many years. Richele assists in the management of our apartment communities and our residents love working with her! She is glad to be working close to the beach on our coastal properties and we're glad to have her on the team!

Ashley Rosas
After spending 8 years in the USMC, Ashley was forced to retire as a sergeant with a medical discharge. She then began a career as an HOA manager serving many communities throughout North County. The stork dropped off a surprise, baby #3, in 2007. At this time, Ashley made this decision to leave the work force and spend time at home with her family. When she was ready to return to work, she wanted to switch gears to residential management instead of HOA's and that's when we got lucky enough to cross paths. An avid runner and fitness buff as well as wife and mother of 3, Ashley is a joy to know and work with and we are proud to have her on our team!

Ardath Farner
Ardath has been a licensed agent for many years specializing in property management in North County. She even owned her own firm with a partner specializing in vacation rentals before vacation burn out set in. Ardath joined us in mid 2007 and has been a wonderful addition to our team and serves our clients well. She manages our team of single family home managers being sure the details are taken care of as well as managing the data entry and much of the bookkeeping. Ardath and her husband are “river rats” who enjoy boating at the Colorado River and reside in Carlsbad.

Greg Gorsuch
Greg joined our team just a few weeks before his wedding in early 2008. After spending three years as a residential sales agent, he knew he loved the real estate business in general but wanted to pursue property management for the stability and long term relationships it can offer. Greg worked as a showing agent and Mike Chamberlain’s assistant for many months before we started to assemble a portfolio of homes and condos for him to manage. He is focused, pays attention to detail and follows up! We’re confident you will enjoy working with him.
