Property Manager - Opening Available!
The person that holds this position manages the relationships between our clients (the property owners), the tenants and the vendors that service the property. They negotiate leases, enforce rent payment and lease compliance, oversee maintenance issues and are responsible for the preservation of the properties we manage. This position requires a California Real Estate License. We will consider experienced candidates as well as those that want to invest the time and effort to learn the business and build a solid career. This is a fast paced and very busy job that requires excellent oral & written communication skills, great time and priority management as well as a solution focused outlook and personality. Conflict management, problem solving and critical thinking are essential in this position. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are also required.
Leasing Team - No Current Openings
The leasing team representatives are the team members that have the first contact and make that all important 1st impression with potential tenants, owners and vendors. Their job is to be friendly and helpful in helping prospects find the right property and work thru the screening process. A leasing team representative will rotate among different positions on the team including reception, advertising, screening applicants and showing property. We have full and part time positions on this team. The primary attribute needed is an upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality as well as a true desire to be helpful. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are also required.
Resident Manager - No Current Openings
The person that holds this position manages the operations of an apartment community and requires that they reside on site. A smaller property can be very part time and flexible. Many of our smaller property resident managers have outside jobs. (10 – 30 units). As the properties get larger, the work schedule becomes more full time in nature. The job duties include showing apartments and efficiently filling vacancies, enforcing community rules, coordination of maintenance vendors and maintaining the peace and harmony in the community. This job requires the ability to be friendly and supportive but also tactfully enforce the rules.
Maintenance Technician - No Current Openings
Our maintenance technicians are very skilled in general maintenance tasks such as light plumbing and light electrical. They do most of the work in vacant apartments when being prepped for rent with the exception of painting and cleaning. They also respond to maintenance requests from current residents. Previous experience and a proven track record is required as well as a clean driving record.
